Complete INTERIORS PACKAGE FAQ’s

  • A virtual interior design service is conducted entirely online, through video calls and online questionnaires, with the final design package emailed to over to you; including everything you need to implement the designs yourself. It is a speedier & more cost effective solution to a fully bespoke service, as it uses online suppliers and the client takes on the purchasing and installation for the room (the fun bit!) and leaves the designs to an expert.

A fully bespoke interior design service is an in person service, where the designer creates a fully bespoke interior for the client with made to measure furniture, window treatments and artwork and oversees the project management, so it is a full start to finish, design to implementation service.

  • We have a few simple steps to explain how the booking process works:

    1. Start your journey by booking your complimentary 15 minute video discovery call with us on Zoom.

    2. If you wish to proceed following your discovery call, we will send you a payment link for your personalised Complete Interiors Package. You can book your preferred time/date for your Initial Consultation here too.

    3. Following payment you will receive a detailed design questionnaire to complete in advance of your design consultation on Zoom, to fill out and send back to us.

    4. Log in at your chosen date/time and start the process with your Initial Design Consultation on Zoom.

  • No, all we need to know when we meet you on the Discovery Call is how many rooms you would like to do, if you would like to add on any additional bolt-ons and an idea of your project budget. The Discovery Call is there for you to meet us and ask any questions you may have about the process before proceeding with payment.

  • The design consultation (via video) is 30 minutes long (per room), so the better prepared you are, the more detailed a brief we can take and you will enable us to get the best understanding of what you wish to achieve with your interiors.

The amount of preparation will be dependant on your goals and what you wish to discuss.

Following your discovery call, we will send you a questionnaire ahead of the design consultation, which will guide you through a checklist of what is helpful. This will include things such as photos of the space you are discussing, any inspiration images you have collated, images of fixture/fittings/furniture etc you are considering, layouts, joinery options, room sizes etc and a checklist of what you would like included / how you would like the room to feel and function.

We require your completed questionnaire at least 48 hours before the design consultation.

(Please note, a £50 fee will be payable as a late re-booking charge if this is not met, and any presentation dates will be pushed back accordingly).

We will be asking a lot of questions in the design consultation, so don’t worry, anything you may miss, we will find out by the end of the call.

We are very experienced in working with clients to create an interior completely personalised to their requirements, taste and vision.

  • Photographs and short videos are great ways for us to visualise your space. We will also ask for floor plans in our design questionnaire, so you will be covered from all angles! We include a measuring guide with your design questionnaire to help you with measurements and photographs so this doesn’t feel overwhelming!

  • We utilise high street & online suppliers to make it easy for you to purchase from your shopping list, and we will specify size, finishes etc for items, when required, so you have all the necessary details to hand.

  • Your package will include a floorplan, mood board, personalised list of online shoppable links, 2D elevation and sample pack where applicable.

Everything bar the samples will be sent virtually by email, and samples if required will be posted.

Please note, many online suppliers do not offer samples, but for those who do, we will endeavour to arrange samples to be sent to you with your completed design package where applicable.

  • Typically, you will receive your finished design package within 3-4 weeks of your design consultation.

  • We do not include the suppliers delivery costs on the shopping list we provide, as these can vary considerably depending on how you are ordering from each specific supplier. You can request we add in a contingecy for delivery costs within your allocated budget if desired.

  • No, the idea of the Shoppable Interiors Complete Interiors Package is to give you our design expertise without the cost incurred when using a bespoke interior design service. We leave the fun part - the shopping, to you!

Revisions will incur additional time scale to completing the finished package.

  • If you would like an extra video consultation during the process, we can off this to you at a rate of £50 per 30 mins or £90 per hour. Please be aware, if changes are discussed that impact the scheme, you may incur extra charges on the package price / delays to the completion time.
