These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Shoppable Interiors Limited to its clients in relation to home design and décor consultations.

By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use our Site. We recommend that you print a copy of these terms before using the Site.

Please note that we may amend these terms from time to time but any amended Terms and Conditions will only apply to our services provided once you contract under them as revised.

These Terms and Conditions were created on 20th August 2025.

The website www.shoppableinteriors.com is owned by the directors of Shoppable Interiors Limited, a company registered in England and Wales.

1. Definitions

In these terms and conditions the words and expressions below have the following meanings:

i) ‘Conditions’ means these terms and conditions

ii) ‘Website’ means the website www.shoppableinteriors.com

iii) ‘Services’ means any services provided by Shoppable Interiors Limited

iv) ‘We’ ‘us’ and ‘our’ means Shoppable Interiors Limited

v) ‘You’ and ‘your’ means the client

These Terms and Conditions refer to and include the following additional terms which also apply to your use of our Site and Services and are available on the Site:

- Our Data Protection Policy, which explains how we collect and use your personal data; and

- Our Cookie Policy, which sets out information about cookies on our website.

2. Scope of Services

We provide home design consultation services including concepts, ideas, visual suggestions, and recommendations for interior decoration, layouts, and styling based on information supplied by you. These services are advisory in nature and do not include physical construction, installation, or purchasing of materials.

You acknowledge that the Virtual Design Packages provided (including layouts, designs, specifications, measurements, 2D elevations & the itemised shopping list) are illustrative only and not guaranteed to;

(i) comply with any construction laws, regulations or guidance whether statutory or non-statutory. It is therefore your responsibility to interpret and implement the design in accordance with local regulations, structural limitations, and personal preferences.

(ii) be accurate, as they are based on measurements given by you the client, so must be checked by you / your contractor before making any purchases / commencing with works, as we cannot be held responsible for any issues that arise as a result of mis-measurement or mis-information.

All conceptual designs, layouts, specifications and measurements require approval by your designated suppliers and contractors (e.g. architects, electricians, structural engineers, builders etc) either regarding any physical changes to the property or before being implemented.

We are not liable for any issues that arise with the designs provided by us (which are advisory only) as a result of the foregoing.

All designs must be checked by you the client before making any purchases from the shopping list, as we cannot be held responsible for any issues that arise as a result of mis-mesurement.

3. Booking a Service/Package

(i) The Process

  • The packages and services that we provide can be found on the Packages Page of our website www.shoppableinteriors.com.

  • As referred to on the Packages Page of our website, follow the on-screen instructions to make an enquiry or a booking.

  • If you are making an enquiry, please complete the enquiry form on the Contact Us page. Once you have sent the enquiry to us, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming that we have received your enquiry. Please note that this email is merely an acknowledgement of your enquiry and not an acceptance or confirmation of an agreement between us.

  • For any enquiries or emails, we will endeavour to respond to you within 48hrs or 2 business day, whichever is the later.

  • Following a Design Package booking, the acceptance of your order will take place when the first payment is received by us from you, for your chosen package.

  • Your order becomes binding as soon as we have accepted it.

  • Book your Discovery Call / Power Hour / Space Planning Zoom call on the booking page using the calendar.

  • If you proceed with a Complete Interiors Package following your Discovery Call, a link to book your Initial Consultation will be emailed to you along with a payment link for your package after the Discovery Call.

  • Once you have paid for your package, we will send you a questionnaire to complete, asking for all the details required for your package.

  • You are responsible for checking and confirming that all details and aspects of your order are correct and suitable for your requirements and specifications including but not limited to, measurements, dimensions and access.

  • We reserve the right to refuse to supply any individual company, or geographical region and we may exercise this right on a case by case basis.

  • All orders that you place will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions.

(ii) Questionnaire

We will send you a Design Questionnaire which must be returned to us at least 48 hours before your initial design consultation or an additional fee of £50 will be incurred by you for rebooking the initial consultation to a later date. Any proposed project deadlines will be pushed back to reflect the new consultation date.

(iii) Consultation Appointments

We will use reasonable endeavours to agree and book a video appointment with you at a time and on a date that is convenient to you but we offer no guarantee.

Following a Discovery Call, with the Complete Interiors Package, in the instance that a satisfactory date for you cannot be found, we will either not invoice you for the Complete Interiors Package or refund you for it as long as work has not begun on that package.

In the event that you need to rearrange a Video Consultation which is already booked, (this includes Initial Consultations & Presentations for our Complete Interiors Package & Space Planning Package, as well as our Power Hour Package Consultation), notice of 48 hours is required before the appointment time to rearrange, or there will be a re-booking charge of £50 incurred by you for a new appointment.

We reserve the right to refuse an appointment for any reason or no reason and to refund you in full or in part in those circumstances if applicable.

(iv) Commencement and Duration

Length of time for a design to be completed will mainly be 3-4 weeks after the initial consultation has taken place. Situations may arise where delays may be incurred on delivery dates or the presentation or rescheduling of a consultation. In this event we will provide you with as much notice as possible.

Once the Design Package has been sent to you this signifies sign off and the agreement between us ends 10 days after the Design Package has been sent.

We are happy to offer email support within the first 10 days post Design Package sign off, on your agreed scheme. Alternatively, you can book in a 1:1 video consultation for continued support during or after the 10 day period at a rate of £50 per 30 minutes or £90 per hour.

(v) Requesting Information from you required to provide our services

All requested information required from you, by us, must be responded to in a prompt manner.

If we cease to hear from you for a continuous period of 8 weeks from the date of the last communication, we will consider that you have received satisfactory information and service from us and will consider the project as completed and no further work will be carried out. We reserve the right to terminate our contract and services with you forthwith in those circumstances.

(vi) Information Provided By You

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the accuracy of all the information supplied

.We cannot and will not be held liable for errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you. You confirm that the information you provide to us via email or our website forms will be sufficient, accurate and complete in all respects and you take full responsibility for all information from which we will work on your Design Package.

All design recommendations are based on information provided by you, including but not limited to:

- Room dimensions

- Photographs

- Descriptions of the space

- Personal style preferences

- Drawings and/or floorplans

Any additional information requested by us must be provided by you in a timely manner (within 48 Hours) to ensure there are no resulting delays to the Presentation Date.

Any quantified items such as wallpaper, tiles, flooring, worktops etc must be checked by your installer as they are based on measurements provided by you.

With regard to Space Planning – any floorplans provided by us will be created from measurements provided by you. We do not therefore offer or imply any warranty as to their accuracy. We therefore require you to check with your contractors and suppliers that the measurements you provide are accurate and correct before beginning any form of design work with contractors, requesting quotes and purchasing furniture and other items.

Note: We do not provide contractor recommendations nor do we engage with your contractors or suppliers. We can therefore not take responsibility for any works they complete using our designs.

(vii) Onsite Services/Visits

Please see our Packages Page on the website and click on Customisable Bolt-On’s for details of which services will be included in our onsite services.

If you choose to add our on-site measuring service or if measuring is included as part of your site visit, we will use a laser device to record dimensions of the specified space(s) and create scaled floor plans using our design software.

Please note that these measurements are intended for guidance and general reference only and are not guaranteed to be fully precise. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding their accuracy.

Although our designers aim to take and represent measurements as accurately as possible, it is your responsibility to verify all dimensions before proceeding with any construction, design work, purchasing of furniture, or engagement with contractors. We strongly advise cross-checking all critical measurements to ensure suitability for your intended use.

Our onsite services incur a mileage charge per visit of 55 Pence per mile (over the first 20 miles). However, if the distance is considerable then we may need to agree further expenditure for travel and possibly accommodation arrangements. Such additional expenditure will be agreed in advance of the visit.

We reserve the right to refuse an onsite appointment for any reason or no reason and to refund you in full or part in such circumstances when required.

When on your site, you are responsible for the health and safety of our representatives.

(viii) Design Alterations

We will alter up to 3 items on the Complete Interiors Package Scheme after the presentation stage. Revisions do not include creating a new floor plan, 2D elevation or entirely re-working a design. Any additional alterations are possible but will be charged at an additional rate of £90 per hour.

We will offer one set of revisions if required for Space Planning, or 3 revised items for The Complete Interiors Package only, post presentation. If further revisions are required, these are possible and are charged at an additional rate of £90 per hour.

(ix) Creative Direction Changes ,

If you select a direction different to that from the initially agreed creative direction, for either Space Planning or the Complete Interiors Package, revised pricing will be discussed based on the revised scope for both our designer fees and your budget.

(x) Changes to Order and/or Design

If you have purchased a package with us but then wish to change it in any way, please inform us by email within 24 hours of your payment for the original package. (For cancellations please go to - 5. Cancellations and Refunds).

If you wish to make any changes to your designs in any form, following our initial design consultation for either the Complete Interiors Package or Space Planning Package, you must let us know within 24 hours of the consultation, as work on your designs may have started.

Please note that any changes requested after the initial 24 hours may incur additional fees. Changes may also result in a delay to the Presentation Date.

4. Prices and Payment Terms

The website will display information on our Packages, including the types of service available; our availability; pricing and other relevant details.

Prices are in pounds sterling.

Any quotation given for our Customisable Bolt-On’s is valid for 30 days only.

The prices for all our packages can be found on the Packages Page of our website.

Any delays in payment will result in a delay to the presentation date.

(i) Timing of payments

Packages are billed at point of booking via the website for Space Planning & Power Hour packages, in accordance with the prices listed on the website, or via a payment link for the Complete Interiors Package, sent after the Discovery Call.

We will only commence work once payment and all requested information for the project has been received.

Payment times for packages:

● Power Hour and Space Planning – full payment required at point of booking.

● Complete Interiors Package – a payment link will be sent to you after your Discovery Call and payment must be made at the point of scheduling your Design Consultation.

● Customisable Bolt-Ons - a payment link will be sent to you after your Discovery Call and payment must be made at the point of scheduling your Design Consultation.

● Any additional design fees will be invoiced via a payment link and must be paid within 3 days or in advance of works commencing (whichever comes first).

Note: Additional packages or revisions beyond the original scope will incur additional charges.

(ii) Invoices / Payment Links

For our Complete Interiors Package, Customisable Bolt-On’s and any additional design works requested, you will be emailed a payment link once a price has been agreed in your initial consultation for these works.

For The Complete Interiors Package and Customisable Bolt-On’s, this must be paid in order to continue through the booking process to book your Design Consultation.

For any extra design works requested and invoiced, this must be paid within 3 days or any agreed Presentation Date will be postponed.

(iii) Your Budget

We reserve the right to cancel the project if we deem the budget as unworkable to meet your requirements.

The budget that you provide to us should not include the cost of our fees or the costs of any additional work required eg. carpet fitting, decorating, electrical work.

(iv) Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are not included on the itemised shopping list. You are responsible for all delivery costs and customs charges incurred as a result of the items you are purchasing.

(v) Promotional Discounts

Promotional discount codes for our virtual packages will occasionally become available for a set promotion. These must be applied at checkout & will not be applied retrospectively to purchases that have already been made.

● There will be a valid until date on the offer with instructions as to how to use the promotional code or voucher.

● Discounts or Promotions are limited to one per household, subject to availability & cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discounted package.

● Offers excludes Gift Cards.

● We reserve the right to withdraw or amend a promotion at any time.

● Standard booking & cancellation terms apply.

● UK Residents only, age 18+.

● Our promotions & discounts hold no cash value.

(vi) Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and must be used within 12 months of the purchase date.

(vii) Changes to Prices and Services

We have the right to modify prices and services on our Packages Page, although prices agreed with clients prior to such modification dates will stand.

We may change, suspend, or end any part of the Service at any time without notice and accept no liability for doing so, including for any changes to pricing or content.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

You have the right to cancel your booking & this contract and receive a full refund (without giving any reason) within 14 calendar days from the date the contract is entered into, (which is when your booking is made), unless;

(i) your Initial Design Consultation, Power Hour, or Space Planning Consultation appointment is within 14 days of your booking being made. In this instance, as long as you cancel the booking 48 hours or more before your Design Consultation Appointment, we will issue you a full refund, but if you cancel within 48 hours of the appointment, you will forfeit your refund.

(ii) Once services have commenced and you have had your Design Consultation appointment, refunds are not provided unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.

How to cancel a booking:

Once you have bought a package, if you then wish to cancel it, you must either email us or click on the ‘Change/Cancel Appointment’ button on your confirmation email and inform us within 14 days of your purchase, or 48 hours before you first scheduled appointment booking, whichever comes first.

We will endeavour to refund you within 7 days. However, if you cancel after this time, you will not be refunded.

Gift cards are non-refundable once purchased.

We reserve the right to cancel your package booking / appointment at any time, and will do our best to give you as much warning as possible if we need to cancel a pre-made appointment.

6. Intellectual Property

All design materials, including mood boards, layouts, sketches, and digital designs, and all Site content, remain the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise agreed. Clients may use the materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Our designs and images are not to be published, sold, duplicated, distributed (apart from to trades where applicable who are then also bound by these terms) or copied.

7. Third Party Products and Links

We do not sell, supply, or guarantee any third-party products.

We may provide links or references on our Site or to you directly of third-party websites, retailers, or suppliers for you to consider products such as furniture, fixtures, fittings, and décor items.

These links are provided for convenience and inspiration only.

Any link to another website does not mean that we endorse or accept any responsibility for the content or the use of such a website and shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delay or offence caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any content, goods or services available on or through any other website or resource.

We make no warranties or representations regarding the availability, accuracy, quality, suitability, pricing, or delivery of goods or services offered by such third parties. We will therefore not rescheme items after sign off without an additional cost for time incurred.

Any purchase or engagement with a third party is done at your sole discretion and risk. We shall not be held liable for any issues, damages, delays or dissatisfaction arising from third-party products or services, and cannot guarantee that any errors in third party suppliers will be corrected.

We are not responsible if third party retailer website images / descriptions are not accurate - colours may vary and information may be incomplete or incorrect.

Clients must check sizing before ordering items from third party websites, to make sure they fit into their rooms, as well as access for delivery into the room (through doors, up stairs and entryways).

We do our best to ensure suggested third party websites are viable but we are not responsible for any websites that are deemed un-reputable or fake.

8. Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

(i) Our services

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services or the implementation of our design suggestions, including damages caused by third-party contractors or suppliers.

Shoppable Interiors offers remote interior design services and does not operate as a conventional, face-to-face interior design consultancy. As a result, our virtual services are not accompanied by the same guarantees or warranties that may apply to traditional in-person design services.

● Any discussions or suggestions we provide regarding your design preferences or requirements are intended for general guidance and informational purposes only, and should not be interpreted as formal advice.

● Although we make every reasonable effort to ensure that your Virtual Design Plan aligns with your preferences, all design documents, including but not limited to layouts, specifications, shopping lists, and other materials, are for illustrative and conceptual use only. You are solely responsible for conducting your own assessments and exercising independent judgment when deciding whether or how to implement any part of the virtual design plan.

Shoppable Interiors accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage that may result from the use of our services, regardless of whether such loss arises from a breach of contract, negligence, statutory duty, or any other legal basis.

This includes, but is not limited to, any:

● loss of profit or revenue

● loss of business or business opportunity

● loss of anticipated savings

● loss or damage to reputation or goodwill

● loss, corruption, or misuse of data, software, or systems

● indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses

You acknowledge and agree that the virtual nature of our service means all recommendations, designs, or guidance are provided without guarantees of specific outcomes. We are not responsible for any reliance you place on the materials provided or for decisions you make based on our design plans.

We do not guarantee that access to our services will be continuous, timely, secure, or error-free, and we accept no responsibility for any interruptions or technical issues that may occur.

(ii) Our site

We do not guarantee or warrant that our Site will be secure or free of bugs or viruses. You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programs and platform to access our Site and, in particular you should use your own virus protection software.

While we take reasonable steps to ensure that the content on our website is accurate and current, we make no representations, warranties, or guarantees, whether express or implied, as to its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.

(iii) Indemnity

If you fail to comply with our Terms of Service or violate any laws or third-party rights while using Shoppable Interiors, and a third party brings a claim or legal action against us as a result, you agree to indemnify, protect and compensate Shoppable Interiors and its affiliates for any related costs, including reasonable legal fees.

(iv)Exclusions

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of any person for whom we are vicariously liable or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

9. Data Protection

10. Transmissions

By using our virtual interior design services, you acknowledge that any information, documents, designs, images, or communications (“Transmissions”) sent or received via our platform or email are transmitted electronically and may be subject to delays, interruptions, or errors beyond our control.

While we take reasonable measures to protect the security and integrity of your Transmissions, we cannot guarantee that they will be completely secure, free from viruses, or delivered without error.

You are responsible for ensuring that your equipment and internet connection are suitable for sending and receiving Transmissions. We recommend that you maintain backup copies of all important documents and communications.

We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or costs arising from failed, delayed, or corrupted Transmissions, or for any interception or unauthorised access by third parties.

Your obligations:

You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing material that is malicious or technologically harmful or otherwise harmfully interacting with our Site or any part of it.

If you commit a breach of the Computer Misuse Act 1990, we will report that breach and we will co-operate with the relevant authorities, if necessary, by disclosing your identity to them.

11. Customer Reviews

We will email you at project sign off asking for feedback and a review. We appreciate online ratings for our services and we reserve the right to use your review of our services and products on our website, instagram, promotional and marketing materials.

If you would like to remain anonymous, please request this and we will endeavour to ensure that.

12. Correspondence

If you wish to contact us, please do so using our Contact Us page or email us on studio@shoppableinteriors.com and we will endeavour to reply to any emails or enquiries within 48 hours or 2 business days, whichever is longer.

13. Accuracies & Inaccuracies

(i) Accuracies

You agree to provide us with accurate information needed to complete your design packages. This includes your personal data such as addresses, phone numbers and email as well as measurements photos etc requested in the design brief questionnaire. This allows us to complete your virtual designs and contact you when needed.

(ii) Inaccuracies

Occasionally, inaccuracies or omissions may occur in our service, website, Instagram, or promotional content regarding product specifications, pricing, offers, availability or designs.. We retain the right to amend any such errors, revise information, or cancel bookings/packages at our discretion, including after an order has been submitted, without prior notification.

14. Termination of Services

These Terms of Service will remain in effect until either you or Shoppable Interiors decide to end them. You may choose to terminate your agreement with us at any time by notifying us of your intention to stop using our services or by simply ceasing to use our website. However, if we reasonably believe that you have breached any part of these Terms, we reserve the right to immediately terminate this agreement without prior notice. In such cases, you will still be responsible for any payments owed up to the date of termination, and we may restrict or revoke your access to all or part of our services.

15. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure in the performance of its obligations for so long as and to the extent that such delay or failure results from events, circumstances or causes beyond its reasonable control.

16. Governing Law or any other method permitted by statute

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and all disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
