Our space planning package includes furniture layouts, cabinetry (kitchen / bathroom / wardrobes etc) positioning if applicable and we can suggest structural alterations such as wall & door positions etc, but these would need to be signed off by your relevant contractor / trades person, such as architect / structural engineer.

We do not, as the space planning service is a much more straight forward service. If you have any questions in advance of booking this service however, click on the ‘Make an Enquiry’ button and we will endeavour to answer any questions you may have about the service.

If you measure the length of the room and multiply it by the width of the room (at the widest point for each), this will give you the total sqm of the room.

We have a measuring guide we will send you upon completion of your booking, so you can send us all the information required before we have our initial video consultation.

If you do not have floor plans of the space, the measuring guide will guide you step by step as to how to draw up the space, without if feeling overwhelming.

The initial video consultation is 20 minutes long, so the better prepared you are, the more detailed a brief we can take and you will enable us to get the best understanding of what you wish to achieve with your space.

The amount of preparation will be dependant on your goals and what it is you wish to discuss.

We will send you a questionnaire ahead of the initial video consultation, which will guide you through a checklist of what is helpful.

We require your completed questionnaire at least 48 hours before the video consultation. (Please note, a £50 fee will be payable as a late re-booking charge if this is not met, and any presentation dates will be pushed back accordingly).

We will be asking a lot of questions in the initial consultation, so don’t worry, anything you may miss, we will find out by the end of the initial conversation. We are very experienced in working with clients to create a space plan / layout completely individualised to your requirements and vision.

You will receive your finished package within 3-4 weeks of your initial consultation.

We allow one set of revisions, these would be discussed at the point of presentation.

More revisions are possible if desired at our hourly rate of £90p/hr.

Revisions will incur additional time scale to completing the finished package.

If you would like an extra video consultation during the process, we can off this to you at a rate of £50 per 30 mins or £90 per hour. Please be aware, if changes are discussed that impact the scheme, you may incur extra charges on the package price / delays to the completion time.

Yes, you are welcome to cancel or re-book a video consultation (initial consultation / presentation), but this must be done more than 48hrs before the allotted booking time or a rebooking charge of £50 will be incurred by the client.
